- Phone number — required to deliver the SMS service.
- Name — only if you choose to provide it.

All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You can stop receiving messages at any time by texting STOP to the number that messages you. You can also request deletion of your information by emailing support@theotakubox.com. We will honor applicable privacy rights regarding access, correction, and deletion of your information.

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain required consent and opt-out records, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
