- Phone number — only if you choose to provide it, and only used to deliver the SMS service if you consent.
- Name — only if you choose to provide it.

- Message interaction data — messages you send to the Service and delivery/engagement information.
- Basic technical and analytics data — such as general website usage information when you visit our site.

All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be sold or shared with any third parties.
Text message opt-out: if you are receiving text messages from us and wish to stop receiving them, reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to the number that messaged you. Reply HELP for help.
5. Opting out and deletion
You can stop receiving messages at any time by texting STOP to the number that messages you. You can also request deletion of your information by emailing support@waifuloveletter.com. We will honor applicable privacy rights regarding access, correction, and deletion of your information.
6. Data retention and security
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain required consent and opt-out records, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
